It’s not just a question of rubber-stamping the financial statements and appointing officers. All playing and full members of the Club should attend in order to:

· see how the Club has been run over the last 12 months

· hold the board and committee members who have managed the Club’s assets, ambitions, policies, finances and strategies to account

· share their views on how the Club could be run over the next and forthcoming seasons

· ask questions, tackle the issues, debate the answers, offer solutions.

It’s a members’ Club. We all own it; so members are encouraged to let it be known how they would like it to be managed.
