The Annual General Meeting of Pontefract Rugby Club will be held at the Clubhouse on Thursday 17th July 2025 at 8pm.

A formal notice will be published at the clubhouse as well as sent via email to members.

Why should you attend the AGM?

All playing and full members of the Club are encouraged to attend in order to go over the below as well as other things:

(1) Elect officers to manage the Club for the forthcoming year

(2) See how the Club has been run over the last 12 months

(3) Hold the board and committee members who have managed the Club’s assets, ambitions, policies, finances and strategies to account

(4) Share their views on how the Club could be run over the next and forthcoming seasons

(5) And More

Minutes from the last AGM will be sent out in the coming days, please find attached the document with details of officers for election as well as the proceedings of the night.

Nominations for Officers and Committee members should be proposed by a member and seconded by another and sent in writing by email to the Chairman at chair@pontefractrufc.com and the Club Secretary at jimtcain1979@gmail.com no later than midnight on 15 July 2025.
