We would like to thank everyone who supported the Boxing Day Event at the club. We would also like to give special thanks to Farmer Copleys for their support, and our staff and volunteers who worked extremely hard all day.

The Farmer Copleys XV narrowly lost to an experienced Pontefract side, but the real winners were the Prince of Wales Hospice who will receive £640 to help them carry on their amazing work.

The star raffle prize of a £150 Farmer Copley's voucher was claimed by one of our members (yellow ticket 81.) The other winning tickets were yellow 100, 62, blue 196, 682, 314, 597, 292, 520, 529, 597, 388, and 506. If you haven't claimed your prize yet please contact us chair@pontefractrufc.com before January 2nd 2023. You will need to show your ticket to collect your prize. The remaining prizes include shaving kits, a bottle of wine, beer and calendars. Any uncollected prizes will be re-raffled at a future date.

The clubhouse will be open on News Years Eve from 3pm for drinks. We hope you have had a very merry Christmas and wish you all a Happy New Year.
