Pontefract RUFC would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Craig Fawcett for his outstanding commitment, loyalty and contribution to the club over many years.

As Head Coach, Craig played a significant role in shaping the standards, culture and competitiveness of rugby at Pontefract, helping drive a winning mentality that delivered sustained success, including back-to-back promotions and some memorable seasons for the club.

Craig’s influence extended far beyond results alone. As both a player and Head Coach, he brought intelligence, passion and an uncompromising competitive edge to everything he did. A confrontational and highly committed player in his own right, he set the tone for the standards expected within the squad and helped build the foundations of a fiercely competitive environment.

His dedication to the club and the people within it has been immense, and his influence will undoubtedly leave a lasting mark on Pontefract RUFC.
